I figured out why my guild is not full of fucktards.
The guild leader and at least 4 others are not heterosexual (I fit right in) and at least two others are disabled. This kind of diversity and open-mindedness really makes a difference in the quality of people and attitude within the group.
Now, if I could just learn to keep my trap shut...
